Where is it in the room? Like unless I never paid attention, I never noticed where they pull it out from.

hey never show but theres only 1 so only one player can use it per mission

That isn't true. Tae mission Kurono went stealth, Izumi went stealth, and reika was using the radar.

need to check that but the radar and stealth are not the same device(well in the anime they were)

In the Gantz manual (manga section) doesn't it show it as all three also?

Yep, they're all one device, unless all the devices look the same, which is doubtful Im guessing they come standard issue with the suits. You can see them using it as a map in ch 42, then in 181, you can see them using it to go invisible.
