Thread: what chapter does the anime leave off at?

so i got alot of time on my hands at work, and im running out of good shoot em up manga to read. i really liked the gantz anime, and i would like to get the rest of the story, cause i kno the anime chopped it short. god that sucked. anyway if i wanted to read it from where the anime started making stuff up what chapter would i start on?

btw i searched for a thread of this already and i couldn't find it...

edit: ok well i took a couple random guesses and found it to be around chapter 70, at least thats where i think the anime started making stuff up. if im not mistaken i think i remember people saying that the anime was different than the manga when it got to the budda mission (when the anime was first comming out). oh well ill just read it from there, thats good. thanks anyway.

Around episode 15 is when they started to make stuff up in the anime. So, you're going to have to read from the end of the Buddha mission. After that, the anime started making things up.

Chapter 90-91 just after budda mission ending. Last anime episide which stiky to the manga is Sexual Harrasement when Kurono follow Kishimoto prototype.

technically, the prototype (if you can even call her that) died. The Kurono Alien stuff starts on episode 22 if you got the subtitled edited version (technically its 20th episode because they grouped 12 - 14 into 1 episode to catch up with the uncut, i guess) , for the Dubbed, uncut version, it might be a little different, because they cut a lot of stuff out.

The Original Kishimoto is still pretty fine she lives with her mom study e.t.c. the girl who died on Budha mision is just her clone. In anime all the crappy stuff starts on 4 hunt and Kurono-alien shirt. Well lets pretend that it's just pretty expensive fan-fic and forget about it.
