I need to know in what vol:
does Izumi kill all the people at the mall?
does Izumi kill all the vamps?
does the Oni mission take place?

Izumi kill all the people in the mall in vol 11 and the vamps in vol 14(I think so).

When Izumi kills all the people in *correction* shinjuku it is Vol. 11
When Izumi kills all the vamps it is in Vol. 14 and stretches a little into Vol. 15
The Oni mission is annouced by Gantz in Vol. 16 last chapter 190 but really begins after everyone is transported in Vol. 17.

and how about when Sakurai try to take his life?

Unfortunatly Sakurai never makes it to the Oni boss, he is killed when fighting that Fire oni alien in chap 197. I believe this is vol 17 although no official vol has been released.

I think you meant Sakata, Sakurai's "Master" and friend. Sakata tries to take out the Oni boss in chap. 212. Since these chapters are all recent releases, i doubt they are in a released volume. But if they are (unlikely), that's great for you seal_broken.
