Before the nerd is transported in, Gantz mentions that there are two more, and the teaser at the end implies that the final person will be someone we've seen before.

I think it'll either be the girl from Osaka who liked Kato or Kuwabara. Kuwabara would make sense since he's a sex-crazed maniac and Reika did the message, but either way it's something to look forward to.

Well the nerd promised to revive her. He might've got 100 points after the mission in Italy. Or he's here to seek help to bring her back and the other person is someone else (Kuwabara or whoever). I kinda hope Gantz will bring back some other persons aswell since he said he'll do anything in his ability. And an explanaiton of whats going on would be nice too. Like that's gonna happen... huh -_-.
