Thread: characters psyche

in gantz we see a lot of different people with different personalities and ways to see things, i'd like to know your opinions about it, like which (<--is that spelled right?? lol) characte do you thik its more like you or do you share his/her way of seeing things... personally i liked katou, i think that it takes tru strenght to put other people safety before our own, it might not be the smartest thing to do, but takes a lot of courage, besides to be brave it's not beeing fearless but do what you have to do, despites your fear. katou showed a lot of that... well, what do you think?

Either way, I'd say I'm like a mix of Kurono and Nishi. On the Kuruno part, it's because I like girls as much as he seems to, same taste, similar outlook on life in that apethetic sense that he had in the beginning, and I'd love to show my talents on the battlefield if I was in gantz, like he does. As for Nishi, I like how he tried to be mysterious, know it all, thats how I like to portray myself, but I definitely wouldn't have been as cocky and made enemies as fast as he did.

its hard to say:

-Izumi is good because hes able to keep a cool head and hes a rational thinker. I think he knew that there was some way to bring Tae back, which is why he killed her. Which when you consider the choice, its not necessarily a bad one, considering the other gantzers dont get points like kei does.

-Tae is also good because it was her that helped the change in Kei. Because of her, he started to think more about other people, and not so much about himself. In many ways, she turned him from a boy into a man.

i could do something like this for almost every character, but that would take too long

sakata... first of all it takes me a bit to get going in a fight, id go for ages without doing anything but as soon as someone gives me a nudge in the right direction or eggs me on i go nuts (sakurai had to convince sakata to try stop black-izumi) but as soon as he convinced him he went at it ful pelt!)

also above all else id try save the people im fond of first! everyone else is kinda expendible...tbh

hes also got this, im better than you but i dont mind humuring you to make you feel good, attitude...

also hes resigned and to, and happy with the fate that his bodies fucked and he isnt gonna live a very long life, different reasons lol but i get where hes coming from

ya know just to list a few things thatre similar lol

also hes a big fan of sunglasses

mix between kaze and katou, except more outspoken, kaze is obvious coz hes big and strong, and katou coz he has a sense of whats right and wrong.

Well, they have similar strategies to the one I would use. They're both out to better themselves.

by the way, i liked the way that the lara croft chick was it would have been a hell of a girlfriend, she wasn't afraid of fighting for what she wanted... to bad that kurono was still acting like a kid in that mission...

PS: about nishi and izumi... i prefer izumi, nishi was always looking older than he was, like he knew it all and didn't care about anything or anyone, but his entire image dissapeared when he died crying, he only showed that in the end he wasn't that strong but just a little boy. i've seen a lot of punks with the same attitude, mostly the ones who end up dead or in jail... mmm, nope, mostly dead actually...

I would be a mix of Katou and Kurono. Why would I be like Kurono?? First of all, I like girls with big boobs.lol!! I would probably enjoy the missions after I understand it. I have talent in almost any sport so I'll probably be talented doing missions. I'm very thoughful person like Kurono. Why would I be like Katou?? If Im in a mission I wont like to see people die. The more we are the more we'll survive so I would protect others and make teams with them. I guess I could be more like Kurono since he change after he met Tae.
