Thread: Chapter 302-303 Spoilers/Discussion/Prediction

The real question is whether or not the missions have resumed. Was Sebastian being summoned by another black ball or does he have teleportation abilities?

I personally think they're over, which makes this even more puzzling about Sebastian.

So we can assume that most of what Sebastien has said so far was bullshit. If so, why? Was he trying to throw Kikuchi off the trail? If so, why give him a badass, extremely cool display of his powers straight after giving him the red herring story?

Was he ordered by Gantz to recruit in the same way Izumi was? Thats what downing the plane looks like.

If he is just a normal Gantzer asked to recruit, it seems the German Gantzer's know more than the others.

Did you notice how similar he sounded to Nuri alien on the Osaka hunt when he started on about God?

God this is a good chapter!


EDIT: Just after thinking, it's possible Sebastien was giving him bullshit stories while trying to give a portion of the truth in fear of the bomb blowing in his brain if he came straight out with the truth.

this guy could have killed nuri and everyone only using the mind.. lol

Has anyone ever seen the movie Freejack? It's based of a book called Immortality, Inc. Basically they use 'reincarnation machines' to snatch someone's mind from the present the moment before they die put it in a new body... in the year 2110.

Has anyone ever seen this old anime called Ulysses 31? The third episode, Black Sphere, has a small back ball (like a mini-gantz), when touched, it emitted three lights of different colors (like the gantz ball) from the center to show a map to Olympus.

Has anyone ever heard of Sebastian Black? He's supposed to be a powerful psychic or something.

Has anyone ever heard of Richard Gans? He's a German scientist that came up with the Gans theory. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gans_theory "Gans" is an alternative to and is pronounced like "Gantz".

What if they aren't even aliens? It's easier for us to believe in aliens than in demons. The only thing that implies they are aliens is.. well he y-gun sends them up ^ :P It's like demons are living amongst us, living in apartments, grocery shopping, watching tv, being statues, bikers, etc. And in that one arc, when they basically climb out of a hellmouth in the water! Reminds me of the skrull secret invasion in marvel. Then again Zombies are blamed on an overcrowded hell, so it can be aliens and some people just says "It was god!" Which is pretty much human nature. My guess is, they're mutated humans gone crazy. Stupid, I know.

After the end of the last chapter I thought he'd be teleported away but I didn't expect to him really show off his ESP. But if he's being teleported away, does that mean katastrophe started or does this take place during the rome mission?

Kikuchi emailed Kurono. So this event takes place after the Rome mission.

Didn't nishi say something like "You guys are stupid with all this celebration, those of us who are alive by the time katastrophe starts will be the first to get owned?" Maybe katastrophe is Rome's mission, but way more fucked and no chance of escaping through teleport beams xD
