I'been thinking the same thing for Years!! , I bet Oku will manage to give us just a tiny little bit of meaningless info like usual just to have us waiting months for the next bit...

I think the whole sex scene from the previous chapter is the damn publisher preassuring Oku to do so, which he had to. However, he protested by having just a picture of the aftermath of the sex. Now, we get to the good stuff.
