Well there have been some similar situations, there was the girl is basilisk who sucked peoples blood through her skin and the girl in Ninja Scroll who poisoned people by having sex with them. I am sure there is some manga (or at least hentai) out there where a girl uses her breasts as a suffocation device.

Well... The latest chapter was about Kurono having sex with Reika. However nothing really happens. The story also came to a COMPLETE HALT.
An important part of the story Gantz, was last seen walking around at night naked.
