Gantz RPG off mission

4.13am: (tokyo time)
Germany: A blond man steps out from a cab right in front of the airport, looking much like a military man from his appearance. As he is about to step into the doors his cell phone starts to ring. He looks at the number and smiles before he answers the call.

"Hallo, ich erwarte Ihren Anruf, Junji ..."
"Natürlich weiß ich, was in Japan. Es ist meine Aufgabe, nach allen."
"Ich gehe davon aus, die Sie anrufen, weil mir, was dort geschieht, nicht wahr?"
"Oh, by the way, ich bin mein Honorar Steigerung um ein Viertel von einer Million. Nach dem Zwischenfall in der Fabrik, ... Sie wissen, dass es sich lohnt, jeden Dollar."
"Ich habe bereits ein Team schon. Ich bin gerade erst auf einem Flugzeug jetzt. Sie haben eine führende Rolle für uns? A Name? Nun .... E-Mail mir die Details."
"Ich werde Sie bald ..."*

7.30 am:(Tomoe)
It's a new day as the sun rises and fills Tokyo city. For the black clad warriors, it's has been only hours since the group has left the quiet apartment building. Waking up from her slumber a physically tired Tomoe emerges out of her bed as the radio alarm clock on her bed side table, blasts away. The time on the clock reads 7.30 am. As she moves around her home in a sleepy daze, the morning news broadcast (at 8) catches Tomoe attention right away;

"... so far, the estimated deaths reported by the officials during the tragic incident is around 21 and is expected to rise as rescue efforts continue through out the morning. City officials still have no concrete explanation to how multiple explosions could have happened within the canal..."

Could this have been last nights fight? thinks Tomoe.

8.15am:(Andre)
A sleepy Andre is awakened by a buzz from his apartment door. He looks into the peep hole and sees a beautiful black women dressed in a dark suit with a short black skirt standing there. She's someone whom you've never seen before. Who could she be? thinks Andre

(OOC: Any player who isn't mentioned here start of at their homes. Start from there... do what your character wants to do. If you're too lazy to write ever boring detail like brushing you teeth then skip it but do mention the time which your character starts doing something significant.)

8.30 am
Sun shines through the curtains of Shin's old parent's room and gently wakes him as turns to see the girl his father had brought home next to him in bed. It had turned out Shin's dad had taken out an old classmate of Shin's from juniour high, now she was a 21 year old admin worker.
The night before Shin went to his grandma's to collect the clothes, wallet, keys and mobile the hospital left with her and explained how there was an admin error, that is why his body had "disappeared". After an emotional goodbye, Shin headed back to his house where he was let in by his dad.

Shin rubbed his eyes in bed to wake up, looking over to the pretty lady next to him. She slept peacefully enough.

The night before;
Shin knocked on the bedroom door. He knew his dad had a girl his exact age in there, so he changed from his Suit into a pair of jeans that were lying round in his room next door.

"Hey, I'm Shin, I'm your fella's son. I just wanted to tell you that I had to let him go out as he's got... err... urgent... business, so he wont be back tonight. Can I come in?"

Shin heard the latch on the other side of the door unlock. Shin made an internal sigh of relief. If all went well, she wouldnt expect what had happened to Shin's dad. The strange blasting noises coming from the bathroom would be hard to explain, but he'd cross that bridge if he come to it...

(OOC: ^ it would have been nice if you told me earlier that you're going to add in some NPCs. Cause i don't think players are allowed to control NPCs... heh. Maybe you could fill me in on where you'd like your character to progress to... pm me)

8.33 am (Shin)
As Shin looks over at the gorgeous woman sleeping beside him... his cell phone starts to ring, the number is not registered on his phone. The phone continues blaring on as Shin tries to recognize the number on the phone, the ring startles the girl from her sleep. She looks at Shin with blurry eyes and with a cute smile on her face, wishes him "Morning. Is your dad back?"

The whole thing must have been a drug induced nightmare, one that just won't stop. Andre is still trying to wrap his mind around the events which occurred. They keep racing through his head again and again, and now this. Andre doesn't recognize the women at his door and he would just assume keep it that way given his current state of mind. Andre's has always been one to react on emotions rather than logic. Logic, now that's his brothers domain not his. Logic is just something he's heard on StarTrek, it has little worth in Andre's emotion driven universe. I wonder who this b!tch is? Andre's eyes scan all over her body through the peep hole to see if he can get a clue. She looks like a pro hooker, she sure ain't no geisha and she could be a yakuza assassin for all I know. Probably one of the b!tches who set me up! In the short time that's past Andre has become a borderline paranoid schizophrenic. You can't even begin to make this sh!t up. Last week Andre would have already been under that short skirt testing out the warm waters but now she might as well have a radioactive p#@$y. Who the f_ck is this b!tch anyway? Andre presses his body up against the door as if he was pressing it up against her body trying to gauge her true intensions. Andre knows no one knows he lives here, not even his brother. MY BROTHER! In all this insanity he's forgotten all about Ryu. S#!t I better deal with this b!tch and then see about him.

Andre slowly unlocks the door and let's it swing open under it's own weight.

8:16am (Andre)
The door swings opens. The lady in front of Andre looks right at his face, annoyed with him. "It's about time!" she speaks, practically shouting at Andre. She then pushes a cell phone into his hands before continuing, "It's Max,... he's been trying to call you the whole night." The name Max, rings a bell but you can quite put your finger on it. Max... Max...

As you put the reciever on to your ear, the lady walk past Andre and plants herself on the sofa. Andre catches an view of her white undies as she crosses her legs before hearing a voice speaking to him through the phone.

"Andre? Hello? Andre!!" Andre responds with a simple yeah as he keeps an eye on the lady.
"Andre, Baby! It's me MAXi!" Andre finally figures it out who Max is... only one person would dare call him baby and that person would be his Manager in the fighting league; Max Huyabusa.
"Where have you been, baby... been trying to call you the whole night! Don't tell... getting some P_ssy, right? HAHAHAHA... Look i've got some bad news, some one in my family just died and i'm flying out to Hawaii in a few hours. Hopefully it'll be worth the effort... inheritance here i come! YEAH! In the mean time the lady who handed you the phone will be looking after you, ok babe? Don't worry about her... she's very CAPABLE!... She'll look after you very well... plus she is one hot lady. Well got to go. Ciao baby."

Before you could put in a word Max hangs up. That's 'fast talking Max' for you. The lady gets up and hands you her business card; Andrea Zuckermann - Manager.

ooc: sorry about the girl, I mentioned Shin's dad telling him about her in a flashback, so its continuity more than anything. I got no future uses for her storywise

Shin, still a little stunned from waking up replies to the girl; "Ungh? Oh... err.. Sa-chan... morning" Shin smiles before picking up his mobile and checking the unrecognisable number, "Ugh, who's this now? Sorry, babe I gotta answer this."

Shin smiles at the girl and rubs her hair out of her eyes and face affectionately. In fact Shin really didnt want to answer the phone, but he had a feeling after last night, this call might be important, plus he didnt want to talk about his father after what happened down stairs merely hours ago. Shin looked at the phone as it continued and back at the girl. After the night the two had, she was still asking about him? Shin looked just like his dad but younger, thinner and in Shin's mind at least, more handsome.

Shin turned back to the girl, "Hey, Sa-chan, ya know if you're after something from my dad, you'll have to forget about it. He'll be gone for a while but I'll be looking after this place so you're free to stay as long as you like, 'k?"

With that Shin finally presses the green answer button on his phone.
"Hello?"

7:30 am

Sean suddenly wakes up in a cold sweat; he could feel himself trembling slightly, tears running down his face. Sean could only say to himself "I had that dream again". To calm himself Sean gets out of bed, heads to his desk, sits down, opens up a notebook and begins to write.

I had that dream again; I guess its my brain forcing me to finally accept and acknowledge what happen to my ex-girlfriend, to Natalie. I know it wasn't my fault but I know I could of did something but I had no idea she felt like that....the resentment, the jealously and depression. I guess she felt like she was holding me back but she didn't have to..to..commit suicide. Honestly I still flashback to that night sometimes; Natalie looking at me, smiling a warm smile before putting the gun to her head and pulling the trigger. I felt like something snapping inside of me, everything becoming cold and dark. I felt like there was nothing left for me. I guess that what brought me to Japan in the first place. It feels like the job is all I have now.....

As Sean looked at what he wrote he realized he had a new problem.....work; he had to go to work but there was a chance people would believe that he was dead. But Sean knew it was a chance he had to take. "Maybe I can ask my boss for some vacation time, I got some coming up anyway. Sean does his daily routine adding on putting on the black suit underneath his clothes and putting the sword in his bag. Sean heads out the door thinking At 12 everyone meeting at the bar....I wonder who will show up??...

8:45am(Sean)
Grabbing a cab Sean gets to work by 8.45 and is greeted by his co-workers, "Morning Gaijin." They exchanges smiles as Sean makes his way up to his cubicle. He then sets his items on his desk and peers out of his square cubicle to see if his boss is around but doesn't see him. It's still 8:50am, he probably won't be in till after 9... LAzy b@stard thinks Sean. As he about to return back to his sit... he catches the sight of his best friend... getting out of the elevator.

(OOC: Didn't quite get what you mean... did Shin have sex with the girl or not? And what happened to his dad?)

8:35am (Shin)
The voice on the other side of the phone introduces himself." Hello? Mr. Shima Shinosuke? My name is Isigi Miyamoto. A reporter with The Weekly Tokyo Space." Sa-chan looks at Shin, who seems puzzled at why this person is calling him. She then whispers to him, "Could you spare me some cash for the cab ride home?" She seems to have not heard what Shin said about his dad... or doesn't care.

In the meanwhile the reporter starts explaining why he's calling Shin, "I hope i'm not bothering you but you see I've been working on this story about dead people either disappearing or coming back alive from hospitals and yesterday night i happened to stumble upon information that a person did disappear from the hospital last night. That person happens to be you, sir."

"From the hospital charts and the doctors report i have, it was confirmed that you died. Somehow you body disappeared from the hospital moments later and now i'm talking to you. How is that possible?"

ooc: yes, Shin did sleep with her and Shin used a sneaked out xgun on his dad. Thought I made it clear without being overt, but there you have it

Shin replied to what the reporter just explained to him; "Yeah, I've been getting some flak from this... Its gotta be an admin error, someone else with a name like mine must have died. I woke up fine and made my way back home. I'm really upset about it all because I went to my crying grandma to collect my clothes and gear, she's touching 80 soon she doesnt need to hear her grandson is dead when I'm not."

Shin paused for a response and then spoke; "Actually can you give a second? I'm not on my own here."

Shin turned to a stunned Sa-chan and whispered; "I've only got something under 250 yen in my wallet right now, I had to walk back here... look though, I've got a meeting at the Lion Beer Hall near here so walk with me part of the way and I'll get you some cash from an atm, 'k?"

Shin groaned to himself internally as he reassuredly put his arm over Sa-chan's shoulder and rubbed her side. His father always went for the gold diggers and this girl had a rep even in juniour high for being more than a little promiscuous with the yankii kids. Shin didnt think too hard on this though, he had the best night of his new life.
Shin turned back to his phone;

"Hello, you still there?"

(OOC: it was a little vague but i got it now... i suppose you'll be telling us soon why Shin shot his own dad. Can't wait to hear it)

Sa-chan smiled at Shin before proceeding to get dressed as the man on the other side of the line replied, "Yeah, i'm still here.... So let me get this straight, you say that it was an admin error by the hospital? So you're not the Shima Shinnosuke, aged 21, who has the same contact number as yours which was listed in the hospital files? Hmmmm..." There was a pause as Isigi thought things out before continuing, "Well, would you mind if we meet? There are so many variables working here and i would like to cross em out, one by one. Anytime would be fine with me... how about for lunch? It would be on me of course."

Meanwhile Sa-chan who has only her underwear on (expensive ones, if you must ask further... lacy red ones) walks out the door heading towards the bathroom.
