But there are about two other statues with long beards that look like him, so you might be right (one of them being the head with a h-gun wound on page 6 of chapter 294).

Also, just for the fun remark, on the page the transfer starts, there's a gantzer guy smoking by the wall.
yeah, wrong guy. After checking back, in one panel, it looks like his clothes were skimmed, but it's actually the woman next to him clothes.

As for your question concerning your theory (remember?), it's unlikely because it would be the first time we see same type of aliens across nations (we have only see aliens of the same type in same local area).

    what chapter?

BTW, nishi owns.. even though oku shows little action of him in this manga.
He has the right mentality. In war there is no such thing as saving friends or crying.
Only the best survive.>> survival of the fittest.
Funny if you consider that Nishi is only in the room because he already died once.
I wonder if you can still call that survival of the fittest *gg*.

Well, Nishi has got it half right. He plays it smart by using invisibility. He's using his head. But playing the way he does means certain death down the line. Because if you play by yourself and never have real teamwork you'll get killed by Gantz one day. There will be a mission that you can't finish alone. And Gantz allows that only once. Two hard missions after another where you can't kill all the aliens alone, and your (head is) done for (when there still was a time limit).
And seriously, judging by what we've seen by nishi so far it would've happened to him rather sooner than later.

And there is no question that he's totally fucked up (who kills a cat just like that). His time and experiences in Gantz certainly play a part in that, but he was probably disturbed long before he stared playing.

Nishi's not that bad, just doesn't fit in with society and he's not best kid to make friends with since he carries a deadly friggin gun. If he doesn't want you to mess with him respect his authority.

nishi is one disturbed kid we all know that

I guess it depends on where you grow up. In my book it's not normal for young boys to kill little animals (nothing bigger than insects anyway).
So I'm glad I'm not normal by your standards *gg*
Let's just leave it at that. You like Nishi, which is totally okay. He's an interesting character whether you like him or not.

Killing animals at that age isn't normal. I had a kid in my neighborhood who used to kill cats and one day they took his a$$ away right in the middle of English class. That's one reason I find Nishi's character so amusing.

I still think Nishi''s lying about the so called catastrophe. And he cried pretty good in the Tanaka hunt.

I had this assumption that while Kurono is under the process of transferring, the boss would hold kurono's leg and thus, the boss shall be transferred back to the Gantz Room cleaving everyone in the Real World, thus Catastrophe. )

By "real world" you must mean Tokyo, seeing as how they are in the real world!!

Anyway, so my question is, what did Reika say "huh?" to right before Nishi came out of stealth, was it at Nishi coming out, or was it at something else? And why did Nishi come out of stealth? Did the initiation of the teleportation deactivate the suits (ability to stealth)? Or did he just feel that it was safe for him to come out even though there was no indication the mission was over seeing as how the boss was still alive?

    Questions questions....lots of questions....

lol at the statue's crotch. What do they mean about the short time lag? I thought h-guns didnt have lag. Doesn't look like Kurono got a fatal blow and doesnt look like he's missing parts of his skull/brain, that's gotta freakin' hurt like crazy though.

It'd be hilarious if Inaba did survive.

I doubt the boss is dead/or would matter. Gantz is basically a wipeout mission. Even when Gantz revealed the boss in the dino mission, it wasn't over until the final dino was gone. Pretty much all missions are like that. Most likely it's a time limit thing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gantz deactivated stealth so he could transfer Nishi.

    @edo
Killing Kurono again is just more evidence that Sakata is right about "cheap lives". Bringing someone back would reduce their value and I'll never feel the same way about that certain character ever again. Imagine if Sakata or Izumi came back, it wouldn't be awesome as it sounds, or maybe it's just me. I'm starting to think the revival option is the biggest flaw with Gantz.
etufo: HS is most likely going to die sooner or later. Who will kill the cool character killer?

Popo: well, obviously going by that logic, HS will have to kill himself...
