We are only interested in the fractional portion of your index at this time.
00000.XX where XX marks the spot.

To use your example.7,062.93 . So on the day off the update check your index.

Your index is R2 or Russell2000.

Yes, but that's a heavy object and you actually didn't enter it yet.

GWT:OBJECTS:HEAVY:SHIELD:
To use a heavy object as a shield. You must first enter it with a Vitality Action in the amount of 5pts. A heavy object will provide shelter as long as it's Vitality is above 0.
Aliens can not enter hospitals. Gantzers can't enter churches.

To enter a heavy object use form:
Statement (-5V)
Adjusted Stat line

So your post woulda gone like this if you wanted it to be a heavy object.
