Nice chapter well drawn. What if it's not a mission at all? What if Gantz just wanted Nishi out? If it is a mission there's gotta be some of Nishi's class mates and SWAT too. But convincing any of them to participate might be impossible if not poinless.
How could there be cameras in the classroom. Japanese TV must be desparate for rattings.
^It's a mission alright, Kurono felt the thing in the back of his neck too - the mission alarm.
Were there cameras in the classroom? I didn't notice, but then again I only read the chapter once.
I find the idea of SWAT people in the room very promising - I'd rather have that than Nishi's classmates.
Another Tougou like character wouldn't be bad...
Very good artwork on this one. SWAT guys looked like HUNK from RE...
Wonder why there's a mission right before the invasion. Oh well, guess it's the invasion after all...
^I could also be a "power up" mission as theorized some time ago, for them to get better equipment before the katastrophe. Well, I'm not making any bets for a while, seeing as I've been dead on wrong lately. Oh, well. I'll blame it on Oku ^^
^ I'm not up-to-date with the timer (have to check the former chaps) but isn't it one day before the 'Katastrophe' now? Asuming that the events of Nishi take place after the last Reika/ Kurono episode of course...
By that, it could be this'll be a 'power-up' arc to get equipped for the 'big one'...
^I'm certain that this mission will only be a taste of things to come. The Nuri Mission was the first indication of what it's all building up to, this mission will probably be the same, only even more dangerous. Kurono will need to get back in shape and get some practice before Katastrophe and what better way than to fight a 100-pointer? And I have a feeling a few members of the Tokyo Team will bite the dust.
I'm not sure if Gantz will recruit the kids in Nishi's class or the SWAT team members, though...
Why ? he resurrected as the well trained Gantzer just few days ago...

If there were several not so tough aliens and the same number of chapters for all of them to be defeated it would be cool though.
But if the mission were to be only a solo 100 pointer, or maybe two of them, that'd be ok, though by the number of aliens in the Oni and Nuri mission, most likely we'll have tons of it again. I just sort of hope the target will be some new kind of alien and not the vampires.
^BTW, this isn't the first time Gantz started a mission just a "good" gantzer was dying. We have Kurono and Izumi, from before.
In many ways, this chapter was akin to a twisted version of Kurono killing Izumi (another Human Being). Kurono did it to save Tae, while Nishi did it out of hatred for humanity.

I do hope that Oku doesn't forget that Nishi is wanted by the law after next mission (though, Catastrophe will probably take care of most of everybody anyways.)
