I support the old "100 points is the max points an alien can give" theory, which means that nuri might have been a 200, 300 or anything else pointer, this theory is older than the points cap, and the points cap just reinforces it.

How many Times did that Mecha Guy beat the 100? Was it four or five Times? Double that total Amount and you might have the last Boss' worth, imo.

^Oka defeated at least one 100 pointer on earlier days of the Osakan team, but as for how many times he got 100 points, it was 7 times.

@ Cali
I think Nishi hide the gun because he looked supercool in that way :P
A very nice add-on by Oku -respect-

^It did look cool, it also added a bit more of knowledge to us readers of the versatility of the Gantz equipment, but still, I can't help but to think that might have to do with the old secrecy rule, even though the team now being visible during missions make this somewhat contradictory.

I also highly doubt Nishi's doing it out of 'cool'-factor and I don't think Oku thinks of those details without something in mind either. Nishi's playing it safe. With Gantz, it's better not to take risks.

So, let us try and guess what Hiroya's mind has in store for the aliens of this next mission?
Do you guys think it's gonna be the vampires? Or a new kind? If, so, what sort?
For those who have knowledge of Japanese myths, share your guesses now (=
@ Twilit: That abridged series is really good, haha

Good question... One of the things I've always liked about Gantz has been the originality of the alien designs, so it's hard to guess. I guess I'm expecting something demonic again, like Nuri, but it might be something totally different.
Who knows, it might be Angels, for all we know. I can see it now: hot winged women that turn into something completely horrible.
Off-topic: @Cali: Hehe, I didn't make it, but the guy that did rocks. Can't wait to see what he does with the filler episodes. If you're a fan of Berserk, you should definitely check out his abridged version of that too. ^^

I predict some mermaid or kappa like water monster. In this type of action manga, eventually you will see some water based monster in one form or another.
^Nuri was originally a water based monster, though the Gantz version of it wasn't really all like that, unless you take his regenerative abilities to somehow deribe from that (like that Kurohime god clan girl and genbu or something)
