No, because Persons are refered to by their Surname in Japan until they are extremely close (Kids, Wife / Husband, Siblings, etc).

It is possible though, seeing as Kurono is alive and the Gantz Kishimoto is dead. It was possibly foreshadowed by Kato meeting her like he did.

More like that Katou will drag Kishimoto back into Gantz somehow.

These stories are so unrealistic.

Kurono is not that bad. Can't understand why the girls in his class think he's a geek daydream lantern.
