heh, this is sounding awfully like DnD to me... you guys need a dungeon master? i wont play if i can do DM, it looks like this game'll need some random variables anyway... =P

yo gantz. i think you should define more rules for aliens (alien type each stage and corresponding abilities).
how long one turn take time?

I get up, panic and run to all doors with no luck. I see another introduce himself and I say "umm..Remy. I drowned." sits down tries to shake all the water out of hair.

You don't score extra points for killing without a suit.

One Turn means one post, whether you don't attack or not.

Also, the confusion on how to do things exactly is a part of the Gantz story itself, confusion in the presence of danger afterall.
