Gantz Action Edition

We have new project running - Gantz Action Edition

Mainly it’s movie edition when 26 episodes cut down to hardcore action movie.
-New opening
-New 3D rendered scenes
-All scenes seriously edited to 2 hours move.
-Slight story changes.
-Some new effects.
-No more commercial pause.
-New Slo-mo effects.
-New Ending theme
-New Music

We want to make a Gantz as dynamic and hardcore as it is in manga without all that:
bla bla bla We have to shoot them no bla bla bla we have not. And all the time monsters just standing there and watching.

We have software and people skilled in 3D and video editing the only problem is the sound. We even have some budget. All what is left separate sound channels (vice, sound effects e.t.c.) or most of planned stuff will become crappy and some impossible to do due to the sound distortions. As far as I know there are only English 5.1 version of Gantz available. We tried to slice down sound channels from Gantz MKV release but failed. We exctract the stream from MKV container but we can’t convert it into separate channels form. So if someone willing to help us i.e. have Gantz DVD and can demux sepapate channels audio that will be veary appreciated.

this project ishould be rated "K" for kool. if it will prove my expectations
One question arises, will you leave the accredited by all as "crappy" ending? (personally i liked the ending, it was average-normal)
And what about the sounding. Will you dub Gantz or just cut scenes|sounds?
Sadly, Gantz is not as popular to have this stuff (separate soundtrack, streams etc.) on the web, me searched. Or mb i am a bad of a searcher You know the utmost rule of lurking - Thy shallt find the thing you are desparately searching for accidently, when completely unnecessary.

If you mean 22-26 episodes with Gonzo fan fiction we'll cut the out. We have our own ending based on the events of the End of Buddha mission and some 3D CG. The mail goal is that person watches Gantz Action, and then continue story by reading the manga.

About dubbing
Gantz have already dubbed into English and it’s relatively good dub. Since there is no 5.1 Japanise voice track we will work with the English version.

We need Gantz DVD English voice track with 5.1 separate channels audio. If some one could help us mail me L5@mail.ru or ICQ 473310. Maybe some of the fansubbers groups have such data.

Sounds like a cool project.

I have the DVDs and I know how to demux the audio stream into a *.ac3 file. Will that be good enough?

I work on it later and email you if I get something.

Here we go. This is the 5.1 English audio track for the first episode, ripped from the DVD. It's an AC3 format file. I don't know anything about channel separation so don't ask, I just ripped it like it was on the DVD.
