I think there was gonna be some kinda surprise (everybody getting 99 points, accidentally reviving Kishimoto) but after 2 years Oku got tired, said 'fuck it' and actually revived Kurono.

Yea too bad for you guys.

Kurono's back! First mission: to remove Reika's panties.

It may have been one mission for them, but two years for us. Two years. We deserve Kurono, dammit!

I think the point was that even when Kurono chose to leave, he wasn't free of Gantz. He got killed, and now that he was revived in his suit, this means that he's back in the game. The point is that the cast is going to realize that Option 1 on the 100 point menu isn't what it appears to be. From that point on, they are going to focus Reviving and Stronger Weapons and getting to the bottom of the mysteries surrounding Gantz. Katou is probably going to try and figure out Nuri's God Explanation.

(yeah, I know I'm gonna be hated for this, but I'm seriously disappointed)

I don't hate you, I'm just trying to explain to you what I think Oku is planning with the series.

couldn't agree with you more. but i still think that the spotlight is still on katou for a little while longer b/c kurono has his suit on... possibly he's the ever-cynical kurono from the very beginning?

Just as I thought, I think he's the Kurono that left the room (the one that still remembers Sei and everything else). From his point of view it'll be rather weird...

Hopefully something will happen to screw things up or the entire Osaka arc was completely pointless. Kurono's already changed from a selfish asshole to a pretty good guy and a kick ass leader so he's lost my interest since he has nowhere else to go.

I was looking forward to Katou becoming a little colder and more decisive before bringing Kurono back. Maybe Gantz will teleport him away to the Japan All-Star team while Katou levels up.

To bad it's not possible to be someone else, unless there are more Keis in the database that look just like Kurono...
It sucks that he's back so soon, i expected more Katou - he is interesting with his ideals conflicting with his new reality....
While Kurono... he already had his developmnent - he has no plausible options left - he won't turn into egotistical dickhead like he was in the beggining, and if he gets even more caring and compassionate then along with Katou the critical mass will be reached and i'm gonna barf...
