It was supposed to be released June 25. Are there any scans available or something? Please write all your info here.

I pre-ordered my copy at rightstuf so I'll have to wait a little bit before I get it. I'm sure someone here will obtain it before I do but just in case nobody does I'll tell you guys a bit about it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the Dark Horse versions will be publicly scanned and distributed over the internet, wouldn't that be frowned upon? Don't you want Dark Horse to continue translating and releasing the rest of the Gantz volumes in the U.S.?

I doubt they will, seeing as how there are already decent scans on the net. And people should really support Dark Horse's release of Gantz, as I will in a day or two.

Edit: What the fuck!? How the hell does Borders not stock this. I had to fucking reserve and it will come God knows when. It's like Oka planned this the same way he plans to make us wait 2 years for an arc to be over. This reminds me of why I hate places like Borders. Shit selection. Theres a great variety of shit mangas. They have various Battle Royale books though... and Beserk... and Monsters volume 4-7 which are utterly pointless to buy when I don't have the first three.

Forbidden Planet near me in the UK gets US Dark Horse manga a week after its out, so that'll mean I can buy it myself on 2nd July. Something to look forward to, I guess, but seeing as my bday is in end of August, I'll wait until then, incase v2 is out then so I can get both with a volume of Excel Saga or Battle Vixens, three tankobon for £15 there, which is cool, as most are £6.99 seperate.

zzz... Aussies will probably have to order it... Well, i expect Sydney and Melbourne manga shops to have it, but well, I don't live in either...

I don't buy manga anymore, but I do read them in the comic shops lol. I used to buy them, but I listen to my iPod on long trips or play my psp. Even during my reading times I rather read real books instead of graphic novels.

^I know what you mean. I stopped buying them after I discovered their was a much easier (and cheaper) way to read them. But Gantz is the exception. I want to support Oku.
