Back in the days, there were the Nishi wars, nowadays there are the Kurono/Katou wars.
Just to deviate from the old subject with a different old subject, I hope HS throws his cigarette at Nuri's face.

After all these weeks, I'm finally conformed. I want to see Nuri last another two volumes and I hope he changes into several different very interesting shapes and that it'll take the whole night for the battle to end, when finally sunlight comes and Nuri, thinking himself as half-godzilla, half-vampire, returns to the sea and so Japan is peaceful once again. Brain mush, anyone?
lol... If you think this mission is taking forever...
Wait till we get to the scoring...
I think you might be onto something about them fighting all night. What if Nuri, like the vampires, is the result of nanomachine technology only a little more advanced? Would that mean that he has a similar weakness like sunlight right?
I am starting to think nuri has some sort of weakness like that. So perhaps sunlight or maybe even water as he did not chase kato into the river yet he was happily chasing the rest of team tokyo later on.
Grasping a straws i know, but Oku is very good at leaving us doing that.
Didn't all the aliens come from the water? Or it was at least implied.
Nuri likes tea. Tea is made w/ water -> Nuri likes water.(not necessarily but eh...)

No problem. ^^

During the Buddha Mission, there were very clear roles for him and Kurono; Kurono was the team's main offense whereas Katou kept the weak ones safe. But in this mission, Katou was separated from the rest of the team almost the entire time, as Reika opted for saving their own asses and sitting this mission out by letting the Osakans handle it. It's not too hard to imagine Katou would feel a little off suddenly giving orders to the rest of the Tokyo Team.
That said, I do know what you mean. It's quite disappointing to see everyone staring in awe at Nuri all the time instead of doing something, but meh...
And I lol'd at the Kurono fanboy-bit. You're welcome, Shin. :P
Sunlight kills vamps. aliens = vamp's allies, so aliens = vamps? SO Sunlight kills Nuri?
I dunno, it was merely speculation, but it is night in Osaka... The chick with HS said that aliens = allies.
It wouldnt be too far off to say alien = vamps, since the Oni mission the vamps transformed into aliens.

Katou is having his first mission with this team, he doesn't realy know anybody nor do they know him. How could he possibly be a good leader? And who would actaully take him serious, afterall he's still a newb (in terms of experience), who just got revived. The mission is on a difficult level, nobody had experienced and the tokyo team is so weak without Izumi and kurono, eventho they got kaze, katou and the psychics, so what could he do.
