I'd imagine that Kato might form more of a "just friends" relationship with her, but who knows? It seems like Kishimoto's not going to be revived at all, although Kato forming a relationship with the original might not be out of the question.

Not necessarily as you'll have to keep in mind the only reason Kurono knew was because he accidently ran into the original on the street, right? Although farfetched Kato could have another chance at Kishi if he met her again, but meh. I'd rather he end up with anyone other than those two ditzy broads. >_>

And that's not "Katou's Kishimoto" anyway, so he'd have no reason to try and get along with her even if they'd have a chance meeting.
Anzu would seem the way to go, but I don't think they're getting together any time soon, if ever. They don't even live in the same place...
