As for the not adding up part, I know... it's just that after all that demonstration of how utterly powerful Nuri's fearsome invisible attack was, and how even incredibly more powerful Oka seemed to be by withstanding that, being defeated on hand to hand combat felt weird. But certainly I'm not saying it isn't good or anything. Just a minor rant.

@ Dribly: 264, the fake spoiler said Nuri would merge with the corpses of Tengu and Kitsune, becoming a giant boss. And he ended up really becoming one, although not like that. Maybe there was some other equal parts, but I don't really recall.

Why is he only worth 100 points! he could be easily 250! I do now understand why Osaka & Tokyo was there maybe Gantz wanted them to use teamwork?

^about why Nuri is worth a 100 points exactly - after beating him, you get exactly the number of points you need to either bail out so you don't have to fight the next one, or whether you a stronger weapon, or more team mates to take care of the next one... obviously, considering 2 or 3 100 point weapons and/or team mates wouldn't have much of a difference vs Nuri, you should be choosing the bail out option - which is why you only get 100 - because that's all you need to leave if you know what's good for you...

Also, Nuri looked more evil when he was using his crazy eyes technique. Back then the Osaka team still existed, oh, the times!

I don't think Nuri ever was vulnerable - I think he was just fooling around until someone like Oka came up - looking for a challenge. The psychic blasts were just to quickly clear the small fry. I agree with Tet - Nuri's physical attacks must be that much stronger than his pyschic attacks. When you think about it, he probably has the same attitude as the osakans. He doesn't care much about dying, doesn't care much about his alien pals (It's fairly obvious he can control the evil eyes, so my guess is he chose not to), and is in it (as the duel v Oka shows) only for the pure thrill of the hunt, and is overwhelmingly powerful... when you think about it that way, we have seen this before - The Samurai Alien trio were like a bigger, badder version of the sadists, while Tengu and his foxy pal were the pair off for NKG - So it's not altogether surprising that Nuri is the pair up for Oka... well, of course, considering how the Gantzers got done in by their stronger alien counter parts, Oka is probably in for a rough ride...

Off: Nuri looks like Majin Buu and Kakashi rolled up into one - copying not just moves, but arms as well... One of these days, somebody is gonna file a copyright infringement complaint against Oku...
Edit: ...something just occurred to me... what if the Psychic attack was not gone, but instead concentrated in the palms, Oka style? Pawning Oka with a rip-off of his own hadouken seems like the most evil thing to do... and of course, the others are going to just gape/orgasm their way right through as that happens...

do you, narutards and dbfan, know that there are plenty manga published before these two therefore don't say "this remind me Db/Narto" everytime you see a character who copy his enemy fighting style/super moves/aspect and so on... It's ridiculous...

Naruto i can understand your anger... but seriously the first DB came out before most of us was born... It's kind of hard to know of/think of a manga before that... what do you me to talk about? Goldorak? Captain Harlock? Saint Seiya, maybe? Astro Boy, why not? Galaxy Express (Does anyone here even know what the hell that is?)? Another One, just for fun (My uncle was young when this one was aired Mysterious Cities of Gold - for those that know this, well, a movie remake was scheduled to begin this year.
I don't like quoting these anymore than you do, but sadly it's what most people seem to relate to easily these days. I wanted to draw attention to the fact that Oku seems to draw on older mangas a lot, and Naruto/DB was the easiest place to do it. It's just a question of convenience, not about being a Narutard, or a DBFAN.
For the record I haven't watched/read a single Naruto in my whole life(Don't plan on ever starting either - Believe it!!!). All of what i know comes from hearing people talk about it... when Gantz gets Sand Ninja's is when i stop reading too BTW...

As I suspected Oka cannot kill it, his beam attack was useless after Nuri transformed. He will need help from the tokyo team.
Though I wonder if any of them can help him they seem way too intimidated my Nuri abilities.

Actually Oka is wearing lots of makeup... He really is Kurono under all that stuff.

Remember how Izumi transformed into a black guy? Same thing here.

...This arc starts to bore me shitless. Oka is cool tho.

When will people accept the fact that Kurono is dead? We saw him get killed and still people are desperately trying to find a shred of hope that he still alive in some form.
