You know, this kind of sucks... About two months ago, Popo and I began planning for our own Gantz fansite (I was even in contact with a professional translator to work on the Manual), but I don't see any point in continuing the project now that your site has an English option. *cries*

^ What if you guys work with Kei-Kun and instead of having a translated version of Gantz Otaku you could expand it with whatever ideas you guys have? Anyway, I don't think they're going to translate the manual, just some of the info on the site, although I guess lots of it come from the manual... Oh.
This really sucks.

I’ve given that idea some thought, but I think our plans might conflict with his own, so I've decided against it (unless he were to contact us about the possibility of collaboration). I'll still have the translator work on the Manual though, and when he finishes it, I'll post a thread revealing all its secrets, if no one else beats me to it.

^now THAT is something to look forward to.

^^ Maybe creating a thread about the project now, and gathering people who're also set on working on the manual, this way you'll get to spare effort, sharing whatever accomplishments you already have. The more the merrier?

Was browsing through Gantz Otaku english today, and well, it CAN use proofing - I picked up a number of mistakes, and some awkward english (I am in a position to say that because I translated the pages in question) but i can't be bothered actually going through the motions of listing them for Kei-Kun - just to get you going, at the very bottom of the page you'll read "translate by ..." very obviously, that should have been "translated by ..." bla, bla, bla. Anyway, I set the groundwork down for you - just get to it if you feel like it.

Sorry guys for my late answer ^^' The tread is here since fews weeks and there was only 3 posts. And there, 10 posts in 2 days xD
Cali & russ869 --> I accept gladly, of course !
MGB --> Sorry dude :/ We started to think about an English Version few months agos (nearly March, 2007) cause there isn't any Gantz' english website or project. We really thought that nobody was going to make it now :s
Concerning the manual, in France it was released by the French Editor, so we can't obviously put it in download. But if you need help to translate (if you don't understand paragraphs or something like that), ask us ;)
Shin_Igami : Ok, thank you ;)

There is also another halflife2-Gantz-mod group from Germany. Check there videos on youtube. In my opinion it looks pretty nice. And they say that they still need people to work with. The video is pretty old though (November 19, 2006), but maybe they have something that helps. He last logged in one day ago, so it seems, that he is contactable. If you have a youtube account, kei-kun, I suggest you PM him if you want to. Anyways, I´ll try to add him to icq.
Edit: kei-kun, answer nao, I want to know what you think^^.
