There's something I noticed. In chapter 18 while Kurono is holding Katou thinking he's dead so he's transported without him,but a second later his pinky twitches and he's brought back to the room. All this is during the onion mission. So what I''m thinking did Gantz think he was dead until he twitched? That leads me to ch. 237 when Kurono is killed before their transporting. Reika tried to bring him back to the room to be revived. Would he be brought back to the room? he was given his life back so he could be brought to the room if Reika was holding onto him right? Also, the major difference between when Kurono though was he was given his life back like Izumi. So my question is do you think he would be transported back to the room? I'm also new to the manga.

I think If Kurono were transported he would have gone back to the room with the others. The vampires also were transported and they became hunters along with the others. I'm sure the same would have happened with Kurono if he had been transported and survived. Then he probably would have gone through the same feeling of deja vu Izumi got when he first entered.

When Kurono comes back I think Gantz will cut Kurono when we last saw him in the room with his memory and then paste him to the room in the present.

Was it really necessary to make a new thread?

I was thinking that too,but in ch. 18 when Kurono think Kato is dead he holds onto him as he's being transferred back to the room. Then after I see Kato hand twitch he's brought back. I know those were different circumstances though and Kurono was a free man. Though Kurono was freed he didn't want to go back,but Izumi did want to go back and Gtnz told him to find strong people. I'm just not sure if would be transported with Reika if she held him still.

The problem is though that Katou was going to the room after the mission, i guess if your killed on the mission then gantz doesnt teleport you back, however, kurono died before a mission, whos to say what would have happened if his dead body was being grabbed. The question that pissed me off about the whole thing is this: why didnt kurono get sent back to the room even though he died during a transfer? Seems like the kind of guy gantz would want to have around.

I know its been discussed over and over but thats my two cents.

I agree,but someone said that Kurono didn't want to be brought back,but Izumi did so he brought him back,but left Kurono because he wanted to keep his promise by giving Kurono his freedom.
