Man this psychic power business is seriously getting to me.
Even though, now that you mention it, Oka may have Psychic Powers, and be the Master of Sakata, or be the Master of Sakata's Master. That would explain why Sakata died so easily - Oku already had a sub for him lined up (Edit @Sid): I personally believe this is very unlikely, just saying, ya know).
It may also be that they traded some faster than the human eye can see invisible blows (or PSYCHIC blasts, if you like it that much), and that Nuri is exhausted, while Oka just barely broke a sweat... hence the taunting ping pong comment. Afterwards, he got tired of waiting on Nuri and decided to flex a muscle, and ended up finding out Nuri was piss-weak by his standards - hence the taunting karate comment... but at this stage, that's just me doing some massive conjecture...

I doubt Oka was Sakata's master. The guy who trained him is probably dead. If Sakata had the organs of an old man when he died then his master who would have been using his powers much longer would be in even worse shape.

I think it's more the advanced suit than Oka having telepathy. But...wow. Oka just took out Nuri like it was nothing. I guess without the telekinetic powers and breath of doom to worry about, Nuri wasn't all that tough. I expect 2 more chapters of Oku pulling things out of his ass to make the fight last longer and display Oka's coolness a bit more before revealing that he's an amazingly geeky guy.
