Thread: Who thinks the gantz anime should be cont?

I know this idea would be very much like a cliche. But I believe its very easy to continue the anime right were it ended, that whol final anime mission Kei was experienceing was not an actual mission but just a dream he had right after suriviving the buddha mission, remember he was the sole survivor and he felt depressed about that and that final anime mission represented his loneliness so he dreamnt up a gantz scenario that made his trulely alone, and the end where he gets hit by the train is when he wakes up. After a day of school the Chibi mission starts which really means he's alone from the they can continue right off the manga from that point on. Bascially calk the final anime mission as Kurono's bad dream of being alone then the ending of the anime leads to him waking up in class, from there continue manga to anime.

A dream huh? Does everyone hate the Anime Ending?
Well, despite everything I posted against the idea of continuing the Anime, I kind of liked the last arc. Of course, It's not the manga, but it did feature heaps of Gantz moments (Kurono's teacher confessing she liked exciting him just before she died, and of course getting it wrong because on both occasions he was thinking of young sexy girls). The let's save every1 old doofus was cool too, especially when he decides to kill himself with the grenade... the part involving the last girl wasn't that good, and I guess some ppl would say that a bad ending can wreck a good anime, but everything put together, I found it sufficiently close to gantz's spirit. Now that I think about it, I always found the shift to the Chibi alien arc too sudden. Having the last arc of Anime in between the Buddha and Chibi Arc makes more sense to me. It does not have the same massive proportion of the following manga Arcs, but it does give hints about future developments - Kurono Alien announces Tae Alien, for example. I generally think of the last anime arc as forming part of the Gantz storyline. Rather than the anime being remade, I think a manga should be made about that arc
