Great job as always, Hisshou. Translating those sound effects must be especially entertaining.

Yes, I too hope that the big splashes on the last page are Oka finally making an appearance. It will be interesting to see if the predictions of him driving a mech are true; personally, I hope he is. It would sure add even more spice and variety to the things that Gantz provides for his hunters.

Of course, seeing as this is Gantz, who knows what the hell will happen next. That's probably my favorite part about the whole story, besides its originality, great characters and general level of craziness. Gantz has a level of unpredictability that can really hit the reader hard, both in good and bad ways (the sudden demise of Sakuraoka Sei comes to mind -- just when it appeared she had beaten the Kannon -- Zap! Shit!).

It was good to see Nerdo grow a pair and do some damage. Even the most timid sheep will bite when cornered.

That's Gantz's bread and butter, man. You get introduced to all sorts of interesting characters, you find a little bit about them, you start liking them, and BAM! They're dead. Kurono's death exemplifies that better than anyone else's.

Damn... the detail on those pages killed me.

Kurono was D.O.A. the moment he was released from Gantz.

Funny thing is, you almost got the feeling that he was gonna somehow end up back with the team. Even now people feel he'll be revived.

If the BFG was responsible for that river explosion, somebody has really bad aim. I don't see any aliens getting hit from the two explosions.
