If just killing the boss was the only objective and the Gantzers figured it out, it might give this manga a really dark humor. Imagine a team going after the boss first thing and then teleporting out while leaving the weaker aliens to weak havoc. It'd be funny to have the focus on a team of selfish assholes who do that sort of thing all the time just to get out faster.

Dont the experienced team know that? Thought they did, but were just having fun killing the smaller ones :/

Even then you would have those people who would want to get as many points as possible so the minions would still be hunted by at least 1 person.

You got a point, besides, there gotta be at least 100 minors walking around. And since they are a walk in the park compared to the boss and underboss'es they can provide with many points in a 'safe' way

It’d be foolish not to kill the other yokai. As it is now, there are well over fifteen Gantzers. With that amount of participation, I doubt any of them will be freed anytime soon if the only yokai they attempt to kill are the bosses.

All this talk of not killing all the yokais gives me an idea. What if they decided to retreat instead of fighting to the death? Personally, I would love to see Nuri and the other 2 bosses in the future, but not soon.

If the time limit were still on the table then maybe we could see these bosses again but now I doubt it. It's a kill or hide situation right now. They don't even have the option of waiting out the clock anymore.

I think even Gantz would be fed up if everyone hides.

Then think about how interesting it would be if everyone on the team got penalties like like Kurono during the Dino mission. Even Inaba would have to make himself useful.

If everybody were just hidding, Gantz would probably just spice the game up more, making hidding and such imposible, or it would give them a ultimatym, kill at least X aliens or die..
