Oni mission aside, Nuri is still living, and might be playing dead to use nerd so he can get closer to the gantzer and make a killing move, so using him as weapon might not give any points because it is attempting againts the mission

I don't even think that's Nuri's real body. If the information Gantz provided is correct (smart characteristic), then Nuri would not be stupid enough to expose himself to Kyou and Nerd, or let a complete stranger use your head as a weapon of mass destruction.
