Thread: The Gantz RP: Minutes 1-45

OOC: Assume that Kirst has'nt been seen (grammar anyone?) since he got transported after the "mmpfh?" in front of the ball.
I put this as an ooc because i'm simply terribly late.

One of the dots in the cluster Tomoe had assumed to be aliens turned out to be Naomi running toward her. Seeing Naomi run provoked the same response in Tomoe. She checked the radar on her wrist and hoped that the dot they were heading toward was friendly.

She desperately wanted to say something soothing to Naomi.
"Safety in numbers, Naomi. Just like a horror movie." Tomoe almost added a joke about not sneaking off to have sex like most murdered teens in horror movies but thought better of it given Naomi's situation.

She meant to leave Naomi alone to fight for herself but she had to admit that Naomi made her feel strong.
Tomoe gripped her rifle as she put a form to the dot she approached.

Dino looked to his radar. The point that had been close to the building he was in was still there. He gaged the point it was at and crossed the roof and looked through the x-ray scope. Hopefully, since it was not human he would be able to differentiate it from the other people.

^OOC: I'm the only person who can control the outcome of a gunshot or physical attack. Besides, the thing you were targeting is Naomi, which is an action most do not approve of. So yeah, I’d really appreciate it if you’d edit your post. If you don’t, I’ll have to ban you from the game.

Naomi stopped next to Tomoe and gasped for air, less for being exhausted, which she wasn't, than for mere relief. Having found somebody, and over that even having found Tomoe, made her feel more self-confident. To be honest, she felt better on the street alone with her, though being in danger, than back there in the room. Knowing, that anybody except Tomoe could see her at this moment, was like she achieved freedom. She nodded at Tomoe's words and followed her, holding her sword with both hands. After a few seconds, she said: "I think, this guy from the room is dead. The one you told to run and hide. He didn't move anymore." Naomi said it somehow very cold, and it was due to the fact that he didn't mean anything to her. Just one man less in the world. Who cares? The way she said it, and the way she thought about it, scared her. But she didn't want to think about it. She decided to take the small device and activate the invisibility again. Invisible I may be able to help more than I can while I'm visible. I don't know how to use this thing well, so I'll probably need time and concentration, which I could never achieve if any of those aliens see me and attack me. And maybe I can protect Tomoe from those who are getting close. She suddenly stopped. For a few seconds, Naomi was surprised of herself, thinking of all of this as if she had been in this situation for a hundred times. Then she walked on. I want to survive. I have to be stay rational and calm. I don't want to die a second time.

Two sides of Tomoe battled it out for control of her actions. One side desperately wanted to run back to check on Jin while the other more logical side wanted to deal with the figure in front of her which was either an ally from the room or an alien.

She eventually decided to stay and check on Jin the second the opportunity presented itself.
I should have helped him. I should have protected him. I didn't even know his name. Why the hell didn't I even bother to find out his name?

Tomoe blinked as her eyes began to water and obscure her vision. The blurry dot on her radar seemed to draw closer and she wiped her tears away while biting her lip to keep from crying.

OOC: oh wow, woops. I thought she was running away from something and that he shot it. Also, I forgot that you had to wait for you to decide the outcome. I'm sorry, my bad.

Soo, at the same time when everyone else are hunting the aliens, Brandon is having this umm... "coma"... And he is also transported to the area where everyone else isn't involved. But I hope that someone would help him to wear the suit ^^.

Tomoe was relieved to see Koi and Saigo ahead of her but couldn't smile. As an excuse to look away she checked her radar again and noticed it littered with red dots.
All she could do at that point was silently mouth a stream profanity at the sheer number of enemies and the intimidating larger red dots.

She noticed two of them slightly seperated from the cluster and decided to act as a human danger meter.
Okay, since I'm the most expendable I should go. The worst that can happen is a horrible death, right?

Tomoe chose the two grouped together inside of a building at the upper right corner of the cluster as if by some chance she killed them the other aliens might not be warned.
She wanted to say something funny or heroic as she walked off but couldn't think of anything.

Once she approached the building with the two aliens she paused before charging in. Upon noticing the two aliens she fired a volley from her rifle then quickly hit the button on her radar to engage her invisibility and waited for the gun's delayed reaction to take some sort of effect.
