No, do you ever recall the biker guy who had a wife and kid? He died outside a mission and is still in the memory bank. That just disproved your "only people that died in missions get transferred to memory bank".

and read my first post, as i explain why aliens and people who die outside missions are not transported.

You wasted time explaining as MGB just stated in his post. Next time you make a theory, should think very long and hard about it. Be sure to gather a lot of supporting facts while you're at it.

When you think about it, the guy who started the thread's theory doesn't matter anyway. Oku writes the manga. Not you. Whine all you want about how Izumi can't be brought back, but when it comes down to it, it's not your decision whether he can come back or not.

Has Kurono ever recollected what happened after the point his limbs were sliced off? No, he hasn’t. Therefore, he probably figured out everyone else was dead when no one else was sent back.
