as i think Gantz train the people they call in, first they kill being invisible, then now they are visible because the situation was the correct, as giantpanda said it would be strangier if the people suddenly dissapeared and everybody dies with no reason, is better to reveal the team and let it fight with all the people looking it for obvious reasons, too the penalties for not completing a mission (15 points min. for kurono in the fifth mission). now the team still can't leave the place becuz they're heads will explode BUT they are safe if they talk of gantz outside of the misions; proof they're worth to Gantz so they kept alive outside the misions (but still, he push them to fight).
as for osaka team, nothing means that they have the same mission cycle (osaka team could have 1 mision per day, for example, as tokyo team has missions like every 2 weeks, they could had a lot of mision being visible, or not, because it's so strange that nobody realized of the battles and disasters on osaka, there was no clear info of Gantz 'till the tokyo team was revealed [maybe it wasn't on oku plans to add osaka team, we don't know, we can't go too much further on this matter i think]) the fact that the tokyo team was sent to osaka means that Gantz know Osaka Can't win alone with the terrible disaster coming up.

^Actually there's only one rapist confirmed in the Osakan team, and that's Kuwabara.

in one of the chapters i don't remember if it's on one around 245-255 or so, the first page has a text saying something about the osaka people, somthing like "i don't like the people who rush the things up and do things in a wrong way" (don't really remember the exact words lol) and wishes them a punishment, maybe is Gantz itself saying that, because the only thing on the sceene is a naked woman in the gantz room.

Remember when Gantz just spontaneously shut down during the Oni mission? The timer and the visibility factors changed simultaneously. Don't you find that odd? I think it happened together for a reason, although the individual explanations could be plausible as well.

You have completely failed. There's only about two rapists. One that was boning an alien and one that said "Me next! Me!"

They obviously aren't all idiots. George and Nob don't seem to clown around. Also Anzu takes her life seriously. No heroics. If the Osaka team dies and we don't see them anymore, all we'll see is a bunch of newcomers being killed and the same team.

I think Gantz is definitely malfunctioning and it is probably in the process of repairing itself as we speak.

i agree with giantpanda, its obvious that if things just started dying people would start looking for an answer. And in doing so they would just turn to the first person (most likely a vampire)and it would probably turn out bad for them since the vampires could manipulated people and say, "Those bitches are buying the aliens and fighting them on our world. We must kill them to stop this."

I think that the first missions were just training. Or maybe it's not the most accurate word, 'cause Izumi and "his former team", when he got his first 100 points, also fought more powerful enemies than those Kurono and Co. had to deal with at the very beginning. But now, something's changing. The numbers of the aliens increase, they become more and more dangerous and some of them can pretend to be human. The "point of no return", where this change of rules began was, in my opinion, the fourth mission and its aftermath (the little alien and its rampage at Kurono's school), where, for the first time, it became clear that the aliens are reality. There aren't just on a different frequence but are on earth and can kill anyone anytime. Just after this, Izumi got his mission to 'bring Gantz people'. He did, and there was a whole new Gantz team. And not only that, Kurono also became their leader and made them stronger than ever, trained them as much as he could and put them together to work as one group. He turned a bunch of individual scaredy-cats into a... well, let's call it 'special forces team'.
They became visible, the time-limit disappeared, they have to fight a hell a lot of more and more powerful aliens and, last but not least, also at different locations, together with different teams. Remember, what Kurono found out on Nishi's web? There is a 'main ball' in Germany. It all leads into one direction:
It's war. A war against the aliens, the demons and the vampires. I don't know when it's going to happen, whether in 50, 100 or 1000 chapters, one thing seems clear to me, from my actual knowledge about the whole thing: It's going to end in Germany, with all the Gantz teams united against an army of aliens, bigger than anything we can imagine.
