I can see where the manga is going

After seeing Kei get pwned (sorry for my lack of class) by Oni Boss I feel it's safe to say that the GANTZers are screwed.

No karate pimp and no Kurono to take out the enemy.




Prediction:

Reika will get worried and go to Kurono, Old man gets mad and goes after oni boss.

Oni boss rimps his arms off and beats him with his own body parts, then he uses the rest of his body to take out the rest of the GANTZers while Reika runs off with Kurono.

i wouldnt necessarily say he got pwned, he did get beat, but i wouldnt call it a pwning after watching his performance.

Kaze (the countryside general) set them up for a big advantade by breaking the oni's right arm before he got taken out of the game (he is still alive btw). If you look carefully, you notice that the oni doesnt use his right arm for any of the attacks, so im assuming its broken. The way his right arm looks when Kei elbows him in the chin, as well as it looks like its hanging in the last slide, also makes me to believe his arm is broken. And speaking of the chin shot, it shows that they do stand a chance against the oni. Kei got in some crucial shots which tells the oni that they're there to fight, and they wont go down without one. They have the power to do it, they just need to utilize it. If Kaze could break his arm, and Kei could slice his horn off and get a couple shots in, then they stand a chance, they just need to get in a game plan.


Heres the team:
Kei
Reika
Kaze (Decomissioned)
Sakata
Anaba
Old Man
Izumi (Physically Decomissioned)
Kid

heres something they could do:

Kei and Anaba could charge at the Oni Boss with tthe swords, while Sakata tries to get his heart and destroy it. If the Oni Boss were to jump in the air, Reika, Old Man, and Izumi could try to shoot him then. Im not sure if he can fly or not, i havent seen anything to say that he can, but you never know.

Kei and Sakata could charge at the Oni Boss. Maybe Sakata would have a better chance at hitting the Oni Boss's heart if he was closer. If he jumps in the air (granted he cant fly), they could try to get off shots then.

Kei runs at the Oni Boss alone weilding both swords. Everyone else circles the Oni Boss, and just shoots, like crazy at him, since the shots wont effect Kei if his suit is working, it wouldnt too much of a problem to him.

Those are just a few play that they could do.

i dun really tink inaba would do anything.

well it sall well and good having a game plan like that but the oni boss is just too fast! plus the other characters dont have any real initative to try their hardest and to push themselves harder besides the old man (who wants to be like kurono) the right arm is deffently broken, as for kurono, it looks like he will be fine, all he did was get thrown into the building

I'm that is not Kurono 1. cauze he's the main character 2. cauze main character's doesn't die before the story end.

Dude it's gantz. crazier shit has happend.

And the main character can die as the story ends. So he'll die in the end and somebody will just bring him back. and the next page will say "To be continued in Gantz II!"

My Idea...

Heres the team:
Kei - If he actually dies, the whole team is really
$#^#-ed and the best that can happen from that point is that Reika and the old man might go ballistic and try to 'avenge' him. But then thats pretty unlikely, i am thinking that he'll just get outta the building and come down and have reika and the old man help and kill the oni with maybe the death of one of them.

Reika - will likely help kei and the old man later on

Kaze (Decomissioned)

Sakata - is pretty fracking useless, he has shown that he is way to pussy to do anything and reika has shown more balls than this guy

Anaba - i doubt he'll be of any use, hasnt really shown any good physical things yet and his mind things wont be of much use bcuz of his speed

Old Man - will likely help kei after he comes out of the building, and i am thinking he, reika and kei will take the oni down

Izumi - he isnt THAT injured so theres a chance he might come back but he was out of the picture for a couple of mangas and seems to pathethic to go on anyways

weapons - the guns might be of use if they get lucky, since i cant really imagine the swords doing that much anyways, so i think they'll get lucky and shoot him down, because swords have already proved useless and trying to use them again would be too repetetive, plus they were overused in this mission anyways

meh, i dont think esp would be a good choice for the author to do now, its already done its role plus having the oni killed by something thats already been used, by a minor character would be pretty stupid
