Thread: A question about the suits

it may be the okasa team are too high or drunk to even relate the nicknames on the suit case to them self and are wearing some one else suit this is if they ball even give then names or nicks

But the suits seem most effective against blunt force attacks. Sharp objects, lasers and some projectiles seem to go right through them. Most of the Osakans that have been killed so far were sliced and I believe that at least one of them said "the suits aren't working against these guys" (not an exact quote) right before being sliced in half.

I don't think it was a case of the suits not working as much as it was a case of the enemies using slashing attacks.

^I also thought it was possible that the Osakans might have weaker suits. HS cuts through one of the sadists easily, but doesn't kill Sakurai in the room after a wide open slash? Could be one of Oku's plot holes or the suits are actually malfunctioning somewhat.

^ I doubt the suits are different. Maybe he just had a better slash on the sadist. When he went after Sakurai he may have just used a quicker slash (less power) because he was in a hurry to protect the vampire chick. But with the sadist, he was behind him, so he had time to reach back and give more powerful strike.

i think there is a ton of different gantz teams all around the world, and i think the more experience a gantz team gets, the more dangerous and powerful the alien will be...

2 things to this one

first didnt izumi talk about other teams with nishi on the train before they were attacked and izumi basically cut the whole train in half horizontally. Also i thought i read somewhere that its skeptical that germany is the central sphere. I blieve i read that on wikipedia so it might just be bs. but you never know.

second, and this might just be me imagining things, but i thought the difficulty of the missions varied on the people who survive. i thought i read something about nishi keeping the difficulty down by letting all the other people die and having him be the only one to move on. which somewhat makes sense because he said that kurono, katou, and kei were the first to survive in a long time and then nishi died the next mission. like i said i might just be imagining hearing this.

Anyway about the suits, it seems to me that the osakan's might (note i said might) be weaker. i mean you saw the one guy take on that alien quite easily without his suit, and then he was just wearing half which i didnt think worked. it seems to me like the osakans might be just so damn good that we cant compare between the two team's suits durability and strength during this mission.

Nightmare: about the missions , the difficult the mission gets , the longer the time line is !! but sometimes , gantz messes around !! like when he ordered K.K to kill the aliens in the roof !!

Tho i think it would make quite alot of sense on how Kei got 58(if i'm not mistaken) points during the Kappa(Dinosuar) mission.
