And fuck Chigusa, I understand that without her the only female from Tokyo would be Reika but she's better off as fodder. Something needs to brutally kill her.

Back on topic, I wonder just how badly the sadists are going to be beaten. They are already out numbered 4 to 3...actually 4 to 2 since one got pwned already. Or does anyone think that there is a chance the vamps will switch sides mid fight?

I personally doubt it since they seem to have made it clear where their loyalties are.

Damn, I was wrong. But this is sooooooo much better lol. Now Host Vampire is forced to fight alongside his worst enemies. The man who killed the 2 best Gantzers with his own hands now has to participate lol. I never trusted the aliens anyway. Especially the female. She seemed like she was constantly looking down on the vampires. I could see the double cross coming.

But I should have had more faith in my initial notion of him switching sides. It would be kind of hard to have the story where one of the Gantzers was openly trying to kill the others during every mission lol.

I just wonder if HS will get to keep his memory after this mission is all over. The betrayal was necessary for HS to cooperate with the gantzers. If not, he's probably going to continue hunting gantzers both in and outside of missions.

Besides... The mighty plothole came up when Izumi remembered fighting the vampires after being reloaded from a previous state.

I wouldn't really call that much of a plot hole. We(at least I) had suspected that the memory wipe wasn't permanent, and as we saw with Kurouno it wasn't.

I was talking about his arm being broken and being reloaded from a previous state with his injuries healed. He shouldn't have remembered fighting the vamps after the Dino mission ended.

But then... This little detail has probably been discussed to death... So let's just say it happened because "Oku said so".

I have to disagree with some of the earlier posts. I thought that ch. 253 set up a very good atmosphere of trust/distrust between the vampires and the aliens. That tension sounds like it pays off in this chapter.

He's fine. He lost a finger, that was it. As the rest of the chapter shows, the finger doesn't slow him down at all.
