I think she'll survive...and if she dies, Blondie will revive her. I suspect he's already accumulated a lot of points.

He's obviously more powerful than the two sword fighters...

Because he completely understood the situation. That would be my guess. The conversation was, well missing from the chapter so its hard to get an understanding from it.

Not a clue, they are crawling out of the woodwork randomly. Getting more skill full with every enemy by the look of it.

^ We can't really tell that from the summary can we? Vampires can spawn items from their own flesh, no reason they can't regenerate lost limbs (though of course, we don't know if that is possible at this point).
