^ Lots of drugs can be taken intravenously (most have more than one route of administration), I would guess that heroin or other opiates are consumed in this manner more commonly, but I really don't know from personal experience.

It would have been better if he was injecting methamphetamines or other stiumlants due to their effect on concentration, which was why German soldiers took them during WWII. I don't believe the ill side effects of the drug would linger outside of the mission since all bodily damage is reverted when they return to the room. Its one of those hypothetical questions that doesn't have an answer.

Which brings us to another PLOTHOLE...

He won't be able to remember what he did during a mission because he was reloaded from a previous state. So much for "experience".

I personally find it hilarious that team Osaka has been through so many hunts that they need drugs and MP3 players to spice things up. You know you're jaded when invisible alien hunts aren't exciting enough for you.

I don't know what Kyou was shooting but an opiate seems more likely to me. A stimulate would make more logical sense but most of the Osakans don't seem to bother with logic. Oka on the other hand seems like the type not to take as many chances.

This chapter was great stuff, watching the yokai and the vampires chilling like that came off as really cool. Now I'm kinda pulling for those 2 particular samurai monsters to be left alive after the mission ends.

Some of these osakans turn out really weak, did they only fight onion aliens in the past ?
Kurono and Izumi would prolly much better.

lol well take it back to the temple mission those swords on that last statue could cut through the suits. and even the vampires swords can cut through the suits. i gotta say tho thats pathetic to go charging in when you dont even have a grip on the situation at hand. For all they know those 2 could be considered bosses of the yokai... which as we've seen bosses are nothing to laugh at.

Nah... These guys are more like Top Tier Mid Bosses.
