^Actually they did. All they had to do was attack from long range. That's the best way to do it since it's safer.

If they had stayed back and used the H-gun, odds are they could have probably taken out one of the two SY. That’s one problem I have with the Osaka team, it seems like none of them use strategy while fighting their enemies.

Nope... I just thought there was gonna be a "Samurai Showdown" between two pairs... so no meds for me thank you very much . The dialouge should make up for the lack of action though.

And I agree... it doesn't look like HS will get the chance to kill one of the sadists... middle of Pg 20 it looks like their telling the Vamps that they got it "under control' or something.

oh and btw... if they would have used the BFG... then they wouldn't be the 3-S's.

Yeah if all 3 of them fired the BFG at once, they might have gotten at least one of them. Does anyone think the aliens or HS will take the BFGs (or H-Gun) after they're done with the sadists?

They dropped their BFGs due to their ignorance. They leveled the playing field by stupidly dropping their weapons.

Only Izumi might have stood a chance, and that's stretching it...

Might be safe to say the sadists just wanted as much as fun as possible when killing the aliens. Why else would they still be playing the game if they cleared it once? I agree that they could have kept their distance and played smart, but Oku wouldn't allow that. I much rather see them cut in half quickly than 2-3 chapters of running around and firing their BFGs.

I'm starting to think Osaka team isn't as powerful as it seems to be. Take the Sadists for example. They are supposed to be some of the best on the Osaka, yet they almost all got killed by that alien yet Katou saved them, and here they are again, one getting chopped in half and the others to probably die in the next chapter within the first few pages. Anzu said that Knob was reckless and also their leader, so I'm not really expecting anything special from him, george or the two chicks, except that they have the BFG. Kuwabara seems actually skilled but his alien fetish probably hampers his strength just like cocaine probably hampers Kyou's strength. The only real powerful person on Osaka (Like Izumi or Kurono status) would be Oka, and we haven't even seen what his fighting style is like yet.

Isn't the reason why we like the Osakans is because they're crazy reckless? Kuwabara and Kyou are demonstrating remarkable skill considering they're taking unnecessary risks and still surviving. I must be the only one that was impressed when the majority of the Osaka team worked together to kill the big snake alien.

^Yeah, I like Kyou and Kuwabara, but I just think their recklessness is their weakness. Same for the rest of the Osaka team. They are also too comfortable with surviving to the point of doing drugs during missions, having sex, listening to mp3's, etc. But eventually it's going to bite them in the ass, starting with this sadist.

Lol yeah, we'll probably get to see them when they're serious soon enough assuming they don't die (hopefully). All this talk of BFGs makes me sad knowing nobody in the Tokyo team owns a 100 point weapon.

Btw, what exactly did Kyou inject into his arm? Excuse my ignorance on drugs and such.
