This sounds interesting but I've never played one of these RPG's before. If someone could give me the basics on what to do and how to do it, I'd be very grateful. I read the post explaining everything but I'm still a little hazy on how to go about this.
I'll even create a chick for sexual tension.

Too many car crashes XD. Imagine the initial convo in the room.
"How'd you die?"
"Car crash"
"same"
"me too."
"Me three"
"Whadda ya know, so did I!"

And yeah, we do need a few chicks, problem is that it's easier to rp (at least for me) as a character of your own gender and guys reading manga outnumber girls like 10 to 1. (At least where I live, not sure about Japan/ the rest of the US)

Lol interesting characters huh. Didn't think I was that interesting, because I practically described myself.

As for you first timers. Just follow suit. Its really easy, you literally type out what you do, in third or even first person..

EG:

I wake up in this weird looking room wondering where the hell I am. The last thing I remember is falling asleep in a puddle.

"Hmmm, I must have drown"

I get up and look around, I see a black ball and what looks like Tokyo tower outside the window. I walk over to the door and try to open it.

And so on, you are not allowed to describe what happens when you make an action, so, after "I walk over to the door and try to open it." you need to wait til the narrator says what happens in his post. The narrator in this case would be MGB.


Also when you describe in game actions and narration Use "OOC:" for Out Of Character chat.
And use "IC:" for In Character chat. I'll be using this function to broadcast events in the mission and update. It's also for distinguishing my OOC comments and the IC comments.

And yeah, I sorta did model the teacher after the brave jewish guy that died saving his students.

Anyway, I have a few questions regarding the rpg: will there be a panda/dog/raccoon ncp? The animals are my favorites in the manga.

Nickname: Third Child (due to her Shinji Ikari-like disposition)

Age: 27

Gender: Female

Appearance: 5'3" tall, Chin-length black hair, light brown eyes with a constant startled look. Permanant vertical scar on left wrist.

Apparel: Gray t-shirt and black-striped pajama bottoms. No shoes. Black prayer beads partially covering scar on left wrist.

Items: (Start with none)

Background Story: Severely apprehensive around most people, Tomoe lives her life by the saying "The nail that sticks up gets hammered down". Usually, the only time she exchanges more than a few words with someone is if the subject of samurai movies comes up. Seven Samurai in particular. A love of samurai movies has lead into an interest in katanas which is only academic. Her knowledge of swordsmanship doesn't go beyond one or two basic strikes.
She becomes intensely loyal to people she eventually warms up to even if that loyalty isn't returned.

Becomes extremely agitated and occasionally violent if touched.

Weaknesses: Overly timid, indecisive most of the time.

Strengths: Quick and violent reaction when physically threatened.


Death: Trampled to death by a crowd of neighbors when there was a panic about a chemical weapon attack on her apartment complex. The attack turned out to be a hoax.

There. That should make this a little less of a sausage fest.

You'll have access to the swords right from the start of the game.

Anyway, I have a few questions regarding the rpg: will there be a panda/dog/raccoon ncp?

I plan to have at least one animal ncp in the game. However, I have yet to decide what type of animal. Does anyone have any suggestions?
