If you could also somehow manipulate the outside world to arrange the deaths of people with potential, that'd be cool.

Actually, I was thinking about stuff like screwing around with traffic lights or maybe subtly influencing a suicide cult or something. I forgot about the little black ball that Izumi had.
I had no idea penguins were so smart.
