Mangas To Read While Waiting For Gantz: Your Top 10

Oh yes, there is sex in Berserk Manga...

About a top ten, well like Gantz is difficult, Gantz is an hibrid... maybe Berserk and Battle Royale are the most alike. Bleach is not like Gantz at all is most like a mix between Yuu Yuu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin, with a little bit of Dragon Ball... what else? Hum... Men, if we take in consideration Aliens and Sci Fi... I don't know.

If you give us more space saying "Shonen Type" that will be easy. Also Gantz isn't my favourite (i love it, but you know...) right now is Deathnote

In my opinion Berserk is the best manga ever made, although the later chapters bring down its quality
"There is sex in berserk" would be a mild way to put it
considering even the main character gets raped (and he s a guy)
almost every girl in the manga gets raped cept for a few
i d say it also excels gantz in blood and gore, considering Gatts can kill 10 ppl with just one swing of his sword
Deathnote is definetly great but a bit lacking in action
its more like a chess, or Go game, where the last man standing is the one with more wits and the one that has thought further ahead

I stopped in the middle of Berserk cause of the lack of download ressources for a 56 K user to that time

Reading Gantz has risen my interest to restart that old manga for long. Thanks for the link.

for sure beserk is the best manga to read while gantz doesn't come!!!!

p.s.: hellsing is good too I read some of the manga, and watch the anime!!!!!

I kinda lost interest after the major plot change though. Deathnote is good, but the feeling doesn't really change (like... Berserk and Gantz can make you feel anxious in different ways and situations, Deathnote is just one looong story. It's good, but it's slow in comparison, very slow)
