So you used to be religious? God will certainly punish you in the flames of hell. >:[

    But back to this topic.

I really dont think that any kind of god like creature is the one behind this because thats just soooo cheesy wheezy. I mean I think its some kind of a higher power or could be a techonoligal thing but not God.

lol, you guys are right...Jesus may be an alien afterall...but who do you think made the alien that is Jesus? Another alien?

when people talk about religion, they always think of Jesus, but Jesus is not the true God. God is the being that created the universe. Simply put, he's neither alien or human, because when you say alien and human, you mean physical entities that God has created, and he created them, therefore he has to be higher than a physical being himself.

Jesus might have been an alien that tried to convert earth into the religion he believes in. Think of him as a missionary man, you know, those people that bring religion to the so called "savages". But God himself is not. And religion is just another tool to answer the question "what is the meaning of life".

wow...why did i write all that? it's a Gantz forum!

    Alien roughly means "Foreign"

God isn't from Earth, so he's foreign, and an alien, regardless of whether he's an abstract entity or not.

nah, i don't think your deffinition is the deffinition that everyone was using, because when they talked about "alien" they referred to "little green men". If you were really saying God is "Foreign" and isn't from earth, then I would like to say...NO DUH! wth?!?!?!?! what an oxymoron statement.

Anyway, my point is that, your deffinition isn't what I was refuting. I don't think it's the deffinition that everyone was using in the first place, because if it was then this thread would've ended a long time ago, because everyone knows that God isn't from earth. I wrote the original statement to say that God isn't "a little green man". He is as you have said "an abstract entity". People need to associating God with Jesus.

God created all the unverise etc. space, planets, humans, ghosts, devils. He dosen't need someone to be associated with him. Jesus is a human being like us. He was sent to us to make us believe in God alone and worship Him alone. what makes you think like that?.

i meant to say "people need to Stop associating God with Jesus." as in God is not Jesus. Jesus is Jesus and God is God. That's your point of view too right?
