I got a theory on what might happen next. Just think that it's a mere malfunction in Gantz, anything you like. Then, with the time off, gantz will no more know whether the mission is over since before missions ended with the timer, had the aliens been killed or not. So, maybe Kurono and friends will remain stuck in the Gantz world. Since they can be seen by the humans, they'll surely come to live for some time there, they'll be known as the heroes who killed the aliens or fought against them. They will continue fighting the vampires who'll attack them periodically...and maybe other aliens too since the hunters are now stuck in the world. And after some time Gantz would bring them back giving no decent explanation like it's used to.

well, it's just a thought.

hehe I also have some theories... But the thuth is that we really don't know what would happen. I'll say, let's wait and see 8)

You've got it completely wrong. On the last page, an image has started to appear on Gantz. That's what happens when Gantz knows someone is about to die, remember? The ending is saying that a character dies next time.

The reason everyone can see the Gantzers is simple: Kurono had everyone change their frequencies back down to human level. Since the humans can see the aliens, he thinks they should see the Gantzers as well so they have a better idea of what's going on and when to run. He's just concerned with the safety of civilians.

Maybe Gantz decided to go public now? Up until now, everything was just training for the gantzers. The boundaries were set and the invisibility was on so that the aliens would not know about the project. However, I don't think anyone is going to be able to cover this. The situation has risen to a degree where secrecy does not matter anymore.

At least that's what I think.

I say again, I'm sure Gantz isn't the one doing it. The Gantzers can change frequencies themselves. It is their doing.

hmm I don't remember that, maybe I didn't noticed when I was reading previous chapters.

please, show me the face, I only see the fading timer which I've highlighted....



it points more to a defect in Gantz or just the timer stopping rather than a face coming...and faces only appear when people actually die...remember that Gantzers can't die eevn till the last second? All that is needed is that the mission is over, then the most dying ones or the ones on the verge of dying can be saved..remember Kurono in the Bddha mission...

And if you want a clearer image with no red markings, show me the face in that one
