Thread: there aint enough dead people....

think about it...gantz shows how many people dead?

its shown on the grid gantz brings up 11 people by 18 people thats 198 people dead in the entire of gantz.. i guess kuruno has been doing this for about 2 months?surely no longer than that and its seen a helluva lot of people die:

10 people on onion mission (inc dog) - 5 survive - Count = 5

13 people on tanaka mission - 5 survive (biker guy died right after and dog never returned...mustve died) - Count 13

14 people on bhudda mission - 1 survives (barely lol) - Count 26

1 person on white alien mission - 1 survives - Count still 26

25 people on dino mission - 9 survive - Count 42

14 people on ring alien mission (horse guys) - 13 survive - Count 43

13 people on tai mission - 10 survive - count 48 (tai was added to list also and panda appeared by end of mission but wasnt at start so someone else mustve died)

16 people on oni alien mission - so far 7 deaths - count 55

this is what confuses me...

198 death and (unless my maths is wrong) 55 have died in the few months kuruno has been there so hes seen over a quarter of the people die. but when he was talking to nishi, nishi seemed suprised it wasnt just him that survived and stated its been a very long time since more than two people have survived...nishi was there for a year...

surely there must be more dead people than that? especially if gantz is gonna keep being a prick and killing of little girls and adding them to the databank...

I'm sure the grid has scrolling capabilities and was only showing the latest deaths... XD

why do you mess your mind with this?? the 198 deaths were not solely those involved with Kurono. remember Katou was on the last line of the death list. that means it must have been recent. take those who died before, that brings up to let's say two rows abbove. than it makes like 9 rows or so of unknown deaths. I really think that the dead on that list are those who died previously on other missions before Kurono came to the room....

hmm? perhaps the last mission will wipe all out?

yeah i get that

i just mean kuruno has been witness to over a quarter of the total deaths...so the ones he hasnt seen are all like really spaced out. i mean if gantz takes a low average of ten people for each mission, nishi was the only surviver for aparently loads of missions so ten enter nine die it jus dont seem right that nishi was there for an entire year, as he still says he wasnt by any stretch one of the first ones there

i guess thee are a lot of crazy deaths because gantz likes to kill people?

Gantz no doubt refreshes that menu. Also, I assumed that based on how Nishi phrased his demand that Gantz show the list that the people shown were the ones who died who were connected to Nishi. Just a guess...

unless there are numerous gantz machines and the body count is that of all the machines altogether...

A few of you are missing the point: The body count should be MUCH HIGHER than 198 is what Alex_XVII is saying. Not OMGWTFBBQ!! 198 is alot of deaths!!11

Seeing as those 198 people pretty much take up one whole side of Gantz, I don't think it'd be able to fit many more... so maybe Gantz has a scrolling capabilities like EndOfDestiny said.

Another possibility: what if 198 people is all that Gantz has room for? Maybe his hard-drive is full after storing 198 people. :P So he just remembers the most recent 198.

Or even people getting 100 points previously could have revived people, which could clear the list of those revived perhaps?
