No, given the high death rate in most missions, and given the fact that it would most likely take more than one mission for a single person to gain 100 points, more people would die than would be revived, and that's assuming everyone is bent on reviving someone. Many people were probably only after their own freedom, so it is practically impossible for Gantz to have been going for over a year and the body count to be at a mere 198.

and as for people getting 100 points and reviving someone to take them off the list... thats gotta mean they get 200 points minimum, 100 to free someone and 100 to get out themselves, and i very much doubt its that easy to get 200 points, otherwise gantz was fucking around making them kill bugs for 10 points each until now

Well, Kurono should have over 100 points by the end of this mission, and he had 50 something before Gantz reset his score...So theoretically, it shouldn't be too hard to get 200.
