Spectualtions on Gantz
For a while now I've been trying to figure out how gantz works and i just wanted to share my thoughts
Gantz can't just pick up anyone they have to be dead first or somehow tagged aka things in people heads/capture gun or of course they have to die this is the part where i'm confused cause whats the differenct between teleporting a living body to a recently dead body it seem more like Gantz isn't allowed to grab people unless they just died.
The reason I say isn't allowed is because obviously dosn't have an qualms about killing people to get them on his team -note the massacare by Izumi to get strong people-. So after that screening issue, Gantz picks the strongest people out of the recent deaths and adds them to his team.
Also to all you people speculating about Gantz based on what Nishi has said you need to realize that he is a LIAR and you can trust nothing that he says
Either way, Nishi does know something.
I'm thinking about it too....like you can't die a week before the Gantz mission starts and be teleported to the room right?

I would like to believe that gantz picks people at random, cause this makes it even more twisted than it already is.
About the nishi part, i think his revival wasnt setup for nothing. He will play a major role in the second phase. My guess is that he wont gather 100 points though.
no gantz doesn't pick randomly, gantz picks ppl that oku draws
and oku feels that putting women and children (and animals) makes it more fun cause you get to see them get slaughtered
wouldn't it be boring if everyone was l33t and pwn3d all? and died heroic deaths? it'd be dbz then
About the nishi part, i hope kurono revived nishi was because he wanted him to die again =D *wishful thinking*
and kurono was dumb/(or made dumb by oku) for leaving the gantz team cause it's a lot safer in the gantz team than out of it
and it also didn't really make sense
What a retard answer you have...

But can you blame him? what would you do if some middle school kid you dont know told you "oh by the way we are going on a hunt to fight aliens". we all saw how well that went for Katou.
(theory) gantz clones the people that died.
they are clones!!!
that's why there were two kishimotos,
that's why they're injuries are healed after a mission (re-clone then insert data)
that's why the people taken into the room needs to be dead! otherwise there would be two of them walking around, we cant have that!!
that's why to gantz, it doesn't matter that any died, because they are only clones of the original bodies.
when you use your points to get someone back, gantz clones them again from the stored data.
the device in each of the gantzers heads, other than a bomb, can also be recording data from the persons brains, which acts as memories
at the time of the massacre, gantz needed more combat clones, thus more people needed to be dead! so they can be replaced by the clones
So you say, that Gantz does a clone and then deletes the body of the dead person? I think he sends them but does some conditioning, so that they are capable to fight. The second Kishimoto is a bug let's say, a failure.
