i mean really think about it. everytime a black person has shown up theyve been killed off like little punks.

I do not think that Gantz Racist but Oku Hiroya may dislike afroamericans or americans at all. US deffinatly not the best friend of the japan. After someone blast few Nukes on you you can not fell much sympaty for him even afer 60 years. I newer saw anime where americans were good and main heroes. Just watch read or die and see main line of japanise people to the US.

if you think about it, in any reality tv show, or horror movie, the black dude always gets killed first. and even if he dies first, they sometimes have him fake his death so he can be the evil dude.

Lol Gantz isnt racist and the Gantz creator isnt racist either, nor he dislikes American people. Theres only one reason why american and in general non-Japaneese people dont have much time in Gantz, its the same reason why there isnt a black guy in any other manga out there. Theres not many black people in Japan, Japan is not as diverse as the U.S, if you go in Japan you will see only Japaneese people, except of a few tourists, so the manga is created for the Japaneese audience and not for U.S audience or an international audience.

Why should they live in a Japanese manga??? Thats a messed up thing to say. They shouldn't have been included in the story in the first place. They were so out of place, but they were there nontheless. Oku Hiroya's not stupid, he knew exactly what he was doing. I overlooked Izumi's little stunt, but seriously, the Japanese need to chill on their gaijin stereotypes. Its like they have an inferiority complex or something, always making foreigners appear weaker or incompetent when compared to them.

At least the Hajime no Ippo manga put black people in a positive light. notably poor Mike Tyson.
