Thread: Gantz 1st phase has ended

Oku will be taking a six month break after the next chapter , actually he will not wrap up gantz , the second phase will begin november 16 .

No freakin way. A SIX MONTH BREAK?!?!?! I don't know whether to laugh or cry, assuming this is true it means there will be more gantz, on the downside.... SIX MONTHS.

well basically oku wanted to end up gantz within the year , so i guess that if he decided begin a new phase , he will release a lot of other volumes and this break will allow him to gather ideas of storyline that he lacked these last chapters , so it s all good for me .

I don't get it. It doesn't take that long to come up with ideas and tell the manga artists to start drawing. If Oku doesn't jack off doing anything else, he could do everything within a day or three......

6 months? WTF? I'm gonna kidnap the guy and oblige him to finish it in a week if that happens *insert angry emoticon*
