Thread: ARGH!!!11! When is th enext chapter coming out?!

Grah!! We must storm the writers house and force feed him sauer kraut until he agrees to write gantz nonstop without these weeklong breaks. I need my gantz fix, kthx. Gantz ftw.

If anyone has any suggestions for what I should do while waiting for the next chapter to come out, plz let me know. I've been trying to look for a house, but that's boring. can't....wait...any longer....must....read....gantz...watch shitty anime....argh.

Get a girlfriend, read a nice book, help out the poor, download lime- buy music legally from itunes... there you go

There's plenty of stuff to read aside from Gantz. Check out Berserk and Zetman.
There's an anime series called Tokko that features monster slaying with swords or that new Witchblade series. Play some games, that new Hitman is nice or Final Fantasy 12. Try some American comics, Civil War from Marvel is coming along nicely. I hadn't read a Marvel book since Heroes Reborn ruined them, but Civil War is honestly cool. It's a big world out there. You might also want to go fishing, nothing like reading a book while sitting next to a lake, even if you don't catch any fish.

Oku-san is hardly taking breaks. A lot more work goes into making a single chapter of Gantz then goes into most manga. The guy works with a combination of computer modeling and hand drawn artwork to create the unique artstyle you see in his work, so it will naturally take longer then it would if everything was just hand drawn. That said, HURRY UP AND RELEASE CHAPTER 235!!! I must know what happens!

Besides lol. I imagine it must be kind of stressful knowing that every two weeks you have to push out 18 pages of manga. If he didn't take his time both the art and story would quickly decline. Give the poor man a break!

Anyway, if you need something to do, Death Note, Beserk, and Battle Royale are just a few mangas out there as gripping and twisted as Gantz. If you haven't already read them. And go to the beach and stuff. It is summer after all
