If the vampires would kill Kurono so he returns to the room and everyone says: "Oh, back already" and he says "Wtf?"... then I would find it boring.

Or at least when he faces the vampires. Of course he will kill at least two or three of them, but what about his brother? Is his brother really trying to help him or maybe it is some sort of deception to learn more about the Gantz team. That investigator didn't look like could be trusted either.

Don't worry Gantz revive Kurono as soon as he dies, start a new game, and the head alien to kill will be his brother akira.

yea that would be a kool endin fight, but let me twist it a lil. befo fighting his brother kurono discovers that he iz also a vampire n then the gantz team would have no choice but to kill him but they dont n at the end kurono defeats hiz bro n the last fight iz between gantz n kurono. ther an epic drama unfolds.

Check my idea, read the last post (shottabwoy) and thought, it's unreal, but interesting...
Kurono Bros fight against vamps, Akira goes against his team, they win, then Gantz mission to kill the last vamp standing aka Akira and Gantzers have to decide - to kill or not to kill Kei's Bro - dillema.Since there is no Izumi this kiond of plot twist will take a few chaps Plus chaps with fights..

Well, it's undeniable that Kurono must die. There's no other way for him to get back into Gantz. I just hope that's not the whole point of a chapter, because we can all tell that's gotta happen sometime.

On the matter of the vampires, I doubt Akira will even show up. He wasn't at the attack on Izumi; I think he's higher up in the vampornment (play on government, forgive the ridiculousness plz); I mean, he tried to help a mortal escape, and they didn't kill him. That may just be the vampire way, though, or maybe he's not been a vamp long enough to know how to fight as well as the rest. I really doubt that Akira would go through all the trouble of calling a Kei that obviously has no idea what he's talking about unless he really did want to help him.

As for the next fight, I think Kei's gonna be mopping up with those sunlamps. I can just see him setting them up in a bigass area and leading a whole vamp batallion into a nice trap. Maybe he'll get lucky and some gantzers will show up; who knows?

I also have something to say about the News guy. I forgot his name, please forgive me. I think Kei is lucky as hell for choosing number 1. I mean, I wanted him to choose number 3, get a more powerful weapon; it's what I would have done. But think about this; had Kei chosen number 3, he would still be in Gantz when the news dude started questioning him. He'd have known exactly what news guy was talking about, and if he slipped up even the tiniest bit.... *BOOM* like freakin scanners, and all of a sudden no more Kei.

Can't wait for the next chapter! Go get 'em Kei!

well apart from those mentioned by others, we can expect to see more sidestories- cherry and his gf, kei and tae or perhaps katou and his brother stories

Kind of strange how Tae takes an accidental photo of the team and gets Blacklisted then terminated..
However
This Current reporter is running around handing out he Gantz's team shoe size to anyone who will listen and yet he hasnt popped up on the Hit list?

Any thoughts on that?

kurono will become the gantz team leader again and fight his bro in the end..

or.. having his brother as an ally and fight all the vampires...


whatever..

things right now about gantz dont have any specific hints of what the ending would be..

that current reporter does that after the oni mission- the gantz team are already visible to public at that point in time. and btw i agree that kei kurono will die and he will once again go back to join the gantz

That makes gantz interesting to reads. nobody know how it will be end. I think the next gantz mission will be happen in front kurono. What next? Who know…
