I'd assume that the vampires in that fight used the drug...I believe that Akira knows about the drug because he's seen it used...The bosses have access to it, so they passed it out when they went to kill Izumi.

Okay, I am SO sorry, I totally fucked that up. This changes everything. I changed the translation as well, but everyone look:
Akira's last word should be "anymore", not "yet."
it's: "...but it's so expensive that no one can afford it anymore."
That means they might have been using it back during the 165 attack, but now they can't afford it anymore and have stuck to moving at night lately.

gotta say something, i really dont think that rgular vampires will go after kurono, cuz basically, most of the bosses were killed, and they know that kuronos the one who beated the oni boss, so theyd probably are sending stronger foes to kill him, ..... this definitely will seem the begining of a new mission..
anyway, one more thing, izumi will be back, and probably goes with his gf to a park....why, cuz he said it man, hes a veteran on gantz.. hed ´probably knows something about diying about gantz that we dont know.... probably hell be back to this mission..
anyway-- i am really excited to see this new vampires.. we all know that the regular vampires can go out on daylight since akiras also has grown up with people... so this vampires probably are diferent... and cant stand the light.
